Welcome to a baseball organization dedicated to true baseball players that are willing to go the distance. What you learn at the academy will propel you to become a better baseball player. The fundamentals are taught or reinforced even corrected making you a successful player in the field or off the field. It encompasses the total package as a player. Skill sportsmanship, and attitude are the cornerstone to a successful select baseball player.



Charlie Hayes played for several Major baseball teams. He has been in Houston passing his baseball wisdom to any baseball player that is willing to acquire his wisdom from him.



At the baseball academy it consists of other former major baseball players that render their knowledge at the facility.



Our facility also offers our players the opportunity to competitively play select tournament baseball. The teams will involve monthly weekend tournament play throughout the Houston area and throughout the U.S.

Big League Baseball Academy also offers professional coaching.
